Kundalini Yoga

Yoga is a relationship. To join together or to unite the individual’s unit of consciouness with the Universal Consciousness.

The body is the physical vehicle. It needs cleaning, care and tuning regularly, a balance physical vehicle affects the rest of your experience.  The mind guides your actions and emotions. If you don’t have a good road map, if your perceptions, mental faculties and flexibility are constricted you don’t know where you are going and will not be able to live a happy life.  The spirit, a relationship with that that brought you here is essential part of the journey. We all need to connect with that that lives within us and to know that your origin is Infinity.

Kundalini Yoga is a technology, a science used precisely to harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will. It is a dynamic, powerful tool created to expand the caliber and capacity of the mind in order to bring equilibrium to control your vessel and experience the Infinite Self.

It combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, internal organs, expand lung capacity, and purifiy the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

The most important thing is your experience. Knowledge only becomes wisdom when you experience it with your heart. No words can replace your experience. A teacher can give you knowledge and technique but he can not give you wisdom. Acquiring wisdom depends on your own practice and discipline. Kundalini Yoga is a practice to experience your own excellence, which is dormant and which needs to be is awakened.

It is the fastest way to create transformation. There are 22 major forms of yoga practice. Kundalini is a royal yoga or Raj yoga. It is like a diamond with many facets and aspects. Laya, is the sound, Jappa is the technology, Shakti the power, Bhakti the devotion, Raja the royal philosophy, Hatha, to master polarity.

It will tap into the pranic energy of the breath, the body and the mind and awaken the kundalini energy which is your creative potential and expand your consciousness. Kundalini Yoga is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.

The technology of Kundalini Yoga was guarded and given only to people of certain class or group. Lower and working classes which were converted to Christianity by the British were considered untouchables. People uncapable of of learning the knowledge that could elevate their awareness and given extraordinary abilities.  In 1969 Yogi Bhajan came to the west and started to teach openly. Yogi Bhajan decided that this knowledge had to be shared to prepare humanity for the major changes that the planet was going to experience as we transition from a Piscean age to the Aquarian Age.  Every 2,000 years, the earth wobbles and faces a new costellation. Around 11/11/11 the earth moved out of the Piscis and into Aquarius constellation.

The Piscean age was dominated by hierarchy and power. People were in search of something to believe in and when they found it they attached to it. The Aquarian age is ruled, by information, awareness and energy

Kundalini Yoga gives us the awareness and the fortitude to make this a smooth transition. KY gives you a broader vision and sensitivity so that you can act more efficiently.

In an age plague by depression, anxiety, fatigue related psychological illnesses it provides the tools to live a healthy, happy, holy life.

We need an inner education to command the brain, mind and states of conciousness consciously through the filter of intuition, wisdom and the balance of the positive, negative and neutral mind.

As you practice Kundalini yoga you will grow. Like a caterpillar or a snake you will shed old skins. It will pressure you to examine certain attitudes, behaviors, and emotional habits and replace them with habits that support your expanded awareness.

It will free you from internal and mental constraints and liberated you from irrational fears and beliefs and all forms of self cohortion.
